Better Late Than Never!

Sorry it has been so long since I posted! We have been SO busy lately that I can barely keep up. Better late than never :)

Just a cute picture of a sleeping Avery.

2 weeks ago was Spirit week at Avery's school. Monday was red, white and blue day! Avery is wearing red and blue bows, a white shirt and a star necklace.

Tuesday was twin day. Avery and her friend Grace matched that day!

Wednesday was the day to dress up as your favorite Bible character. Avery went as Mary the mother of Jesus. The gown and scarf thing on her head are 25 years old! Mom made it for Robbie when he was a shepherd in a school play and it still looks as good as the day she made it!

Thursday was the day to dress in support of your favorite sports team. Avery's favorite is the Astros. We found a pink and white Astros shirt and she is wearing my Astros hat!

Friday was "Go Cougars Day!" Avery is wearing a school shirt and matching accessories!

The kids have also been spending a lot of time outside. They L-O-V-E their swingset and spends hours playing.

Mom bought this for Andrew for Christmas. It needed to be blown up and our little tiny air compressor wasn't doing the job. I blew up everything by myself (be quiet Dad!!). Needless to say I was very lightheaded after that!

Andrew is the proud new owner of a big boy bed. The bed was made by his Paw-Paw. Andrew decided (after much flip-flopping) to have a sports room. Tonight is his first night in his new bed and he loves it.
